Througout my career as a product owner, riding the waves of digital transformation, there has always been constant change. First, it was the devleopment of ecommerce reshaping how companies market and sell products. Next, Web 2.0 brought us an influx of customer generated content in the form of comments, blogs, and ratings and reviews which forced an honest discussion between customers and businesses. The proliferation of mobile devices and high speed mobile internet shifted traffic to smaller screens requiring more thoughful design. Segmented and personalized messaging allowed for more targeted value proposition messaging. Artifical Intelligence is now impacted and super-charging all of these earliear advances and providing new challanges for product owners.


I have come to realize that Artificial Intelligence is no longer just a buzzword; it has become a cornerstone for success in the ever-evolving tech landscape. In this post, I’ll share my insights on how I navigate the digital transformation journey as a product owner with AI taking center stage.
